Under no circumstances may any intellectual property be copied and downloaded from the website, to be used elsewhere, without express authorisation, obtained in writing.

Who we share your data with
We may share data with Grantown Business Association or HIE purely to monitor the success of the event and apply for further funding in the future. We will never share or sell your data to a third party or commercial business.
How long we retain your data
If you sign up to our newsletter, your email address is retained until you opt out, which is a facility available on every email we send. You can opt out or opt back in, at any time. This is a new annual event and we will only communicate with you either to promote the next event or to send a call-out for participants. If the event does not proceed beyond the first year, this website and all data associated with it will be permanently deleted.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
We use MailPoet as an email system and only your firstname, surname and email address is retained.
