Eleanor works in her studio creating pieces using acrylic, mixed media & on occasion oils.

Subjects are primarily landscapes, crofts, foliage & deep-sea creatures.

Recent pieces have been focused around the Dava Moor, the moody sky, the ever-changing light, the red roofs on the crofts & the solitude have been an inspiration for her to explore.

As well as painting, Eleanor makes Resin jewellery, many pieces incorporate items found whilst out walking, including feathers, leaves & flowers.

Proprietor of The High St Merchants, Grantown on Spey, she always has a collection of work displayed here, when she isn’t busy serving guests, she is happily found creating in her studio.
